Description

How to Run

  1. Extract the data folder and code into a common directory
  2. Run main_all.m in MATLAB
  3. The code will read all files from the data directory and generate a directory to save the results
  4. The extracted tumor will be highlighted in red color and Blue color is the true tumor.
